Who are we?

Les Vignobles Fabris is a family business that has been present for more than 5 generations.
The taste of our wines has evolved but our way of working the vines remains traditional which allows us to offer natural wines.
“We work with respect for the environment, our yields are limited and we seek to bring out the truth of our terroirs. All our wines are vinified according to traditional techniques: without additives or enzymes. »
Our vines now extend over approximately 70 hectares, with locations in several Protected Designations of Origin: Pomerol, Lalande de Pomerol, Montagne Saint-Emilion, Lussac Saint-Emilion, Bordeaux Supérieur and Saint-Emilion Grand Cru.

In Paris, 2mins from Orly in a completely renovated charming building, you can find a 350m2 cellar in the basement, a store, meeting rooms and 2 reception rooms.
